DwellNexa provides three categories of offerings: luxury apartment selection services, digital informational products, and physical goods. Each category is subject to specific terms outlined below.

2. Luxury Apartment Selection Services

Our luxury apartment selection services include personalized consultations, property tours, and exclusive neighborhood insights. Once a consultation is confirmed and resources are allocated to your bespoke search, service fees are non-refundable due to the tailored nature of the offering. However, you may transfer your appointment or credit to another party if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Transfers are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

3. Digital Informational Products

Digital informational products such as e-guides, market trend reports, and downloadable resources are available on dwellnexa.best. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Refund requests beyond this period cannot be honored.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods, including branded merchandise and printed materials, may be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund and Transfer Procedures

To request a refund or transfer, please contact our support team with your order or service reference number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Service credits transferred to another date or recipient must be applied within 30 days of the original booking date.

Services explicitly marked as non-refundable in their descriptions reflect bespoke arrangements or third-party commitments. These terms ensure we maintain the highest level of personalized attention and quality.
